Simple Fitness Policies - shipping, return, etc.

Unless otherwise stated, all equipment is new and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, expected ship dates and stock levels are beyond our control. On average, our partners will ship products within five to twenty business days. From there, your order will spend three to eight business days traveling if all goes well.

Curbside delivery will always be the fastest delivery option, with Room of Choice or White Glove upgrades potentially adding anywhere from one to three weeks, or more, to the total delivery time.

This is due to the partner carriers used by some manufacturers and the local delivery crews they use for the "last mile".

Unless a carrier has lost or damaged your shipment, returns before delivery or refused packages will see a 25-50% restocking fee on top of any other costs realized by Simple Fitness.

This will include costs to replace original packaging or costs to have someone package up the equipment for you. If not properly packaged, further costs will be applied for damage in transit. This is only an effort to cover our costs passed on by the manufacturer and will be adjusted accordingly.
Please be sure to measure your space to ensure proper fitment before placing your order, as returns for equipment that's too big will see the fees listed above.

We are a small, family-owned business and cannot take on these costs if you simply change your mind after placing the order.

Please do not hesitate to call, text, chat, or email with any and all questions before placing the order, as we'd rather help you find the right treadmill for your needs through a competitor than have you regret your purchase through us.
Sometimes, equipment is damaged or defective from the start. It happens. Simple Fitness will do everything we can to help facilitate the RMA (return merchandise authorization, for defective products) process for your equipment, but we cannot accept returns for these situations without the fees listed above.
